Fruit salad

A traditional dessert from Argentine delicacies.

Components:

2 apples, not too gritty
3 very ripe oranges
3 bananas
1 pineapple
3 not overripe peaches
3 plums
1 and 1/2 lemon
Juice of an orange.
2 pears
1/2 cup sugar, or extra in response to style.

Elective:
Strawberries, cherries, kiwi, melon or watermelon.

Preparation:

– Peel all of the fruits, besides the plums. Wash the plums properly, they go together with the pores and skin.
– Take away the seeds or seeds.
– Rub the bananas, apples and pears with the juice of a lemon in order that they don’t darken.
– Lower the apples into two centimeter cubes. Cube the peaches and plums.
– Lower the banana into slices.
– Lower the pears into cubes or wedges.
– Take away the white pores and skin and skins from the oranges and minimize into segments.
– In a bowl, mix the fruit with the sugar. Add the juice of half a lemon and an orange. Mingle.
– Go away within the fridge, lined, till able to serve.

– If utilizing strawberries or cherries, add them minimize in half.
– If utilizing melon or watermelon, take away the seeds and peel and minimize into massive cubes.
– The kiwi is peeled and added in slices.

It may be served with ice cream or whipped cream.
