INGREDIENTS
- Manteca ointment 95 gr.
- Brown sugar 70 gr.
- Orange zest 1 laptop.
- Cinnamon powder 2 gr.
- Buds 3 UNITS
- Meals 0000 210 gr
- Baking Powder 5 gr
- Stuffed:
- Quince sweet 500 gr
- Components for the glaze
- 1 laptop. Clear
- 200 g Impalpable Sugar
- Juice of 1 medium lemon
- 200 g Sugar
- 50 cm3 water
For the mass
Combine the butter along with the sugar and zest, add the yolks and eventually the dry substances. Stretch to 4 mm, minimize and bake on widespread silpat at 160 levels, for 8 minutes. Fill with quince, let it dry at room temperature for a day, cowl with glaze and let it air till dry.
For the glaze
In a bowl we combine the powdered sugar, the egg whites and the lemon juice, then add the syrup made by bringing the sugar and water to a boil, as soon as it involves a boil we flip it off and let it cool.
As quickly as we make the glaze, we organize it in a bag and glaze them from the highest.
