FROZEN DESSERT

INGREDIENTS

  • – Bananas 1 kg
  • – Bitter cacao 60 g
  • – Peanut butter 60 g
  • – 100 g of oats
  • – 100 g of peanuts
  • – 100 g of almonds or walnuts
  • – Stevia 1 cda
  • – Purple fruit sauce with stevia
  • – Scoop of chocolate ice cream with almonds

Scrumptious dessert with oats, nuts, crimson fruit sauce and chocolate ice cream

PROCEDURE:

1. Peel and freeze the bananas, course of with all of the elements besides the nuts.
2. As soon as a paste has shaped, switch to a bowl, add the nuts and place on a plate lined with parchment paper.
3. Fry for 1 hour.
