INGREDIENTS

- – Bitter cacao 60 g
- – Peanut butter 60 g
- – 100 g of oats
- – 100 g of peanuts
- – 100 g of almonds or walnuts
- – Stevia 1 cda
- – Purple fruit sauce with stevia
- – Scoop of chocolate ice cream with almonds
Scrumptious dessert with oats, nuts, crimson fruit sauce and chocolate ice cream
PROCEDURE:
1. Peel and freeze the bananas, course of with all of the elements besides the nuts.
2. As soon as a paste has shaped, switch to a bowl, add the nuts and place on a plate lined with parchment paper.
3. Fry for 1 hour.
