INGREDIENTS
- – Silverside 3 fillets.
- – Flour + 1 tbsp paprika.
- – Eggs 4 models.
- – Lemon zest.
- – Chopped garlic and parsley.
- – Oil for frying.
- Vegetable pickle:
- – Carrot 1 unit.
- – Onion 1 unit.
- – White cabbage 1/4.
- – Vinegar 1 cup.
- – Water 1 cup.
- – Sugar ½ cup.
- – Laurel 1 leaf.
- – Garlic 1 cloves.
FRIED FISH STICKS WITH VEGETABLE PICKLE
PROCEDURE:
1. Lower the fish into sticks and dip within the flour with the paprika, then within the egg seasoned with garlic and parsley. Lastly end with the flour. Fry.
2. For the pickle, lower the greens into sticks.
3. Deliver the water to a boil with the vinegar and sugar, add the bay leaf and garlic. Add the greens and boil for about 10 minutes.
4. Serve the fish with the pickles.
