FRIED CHICKEN WITH HONEY AND BEER

INGREDIENTS

  • – Hen legs 4 models
  • – Cornstarch c/n
  • – Mostaza c/n
  • – Oil for frying
  • For the sauce:
  • – Ginger
  • – Onion
  • – Beer
  • – Soy sauce
  • – Cilantro
  • – Jalapeno
  • – Cornstarch
  • For accompanying:

  • – Onion

PROCEDURE:

1. We move the rooster legs by way of a mix of cornstarch and mustard.
2. Fry in low oil till golden.
