- – Cornstarch c/n.
- – Cayenne pepper.
- – Garlic powder.
- – Ginger powder.
- – Onion powder.

- Blueberry chutney:
- – Chile 1 unit.
- – Blueberries 300 g.
- – Garlic 1 clove.
- – Echalotte or 1 onion 1 unit.
- – Vinagre 50 cc.
- – Sugar 1 tbsp.
- – 50 cc oil.
- – Lemon juice.
- – Salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE:
1. For the chutney, sauté the shallot or onion with the chili, add the garlic and cranberries. Cook dinner till they barely collapse.
