FRIED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

  • – Breast reduce as for Milanese 3 items.
  • – Sunflower or corn oil c/n.
  • – Flour 0000 1 cup.
  • – Corn starch 1/2 cup.
  • – Sal fina c/n.
  • Adobo:
  • – Ketchup 7 tbsp.
  • – Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp.
  • – Very finely chopped garlic or grated 3 cloves.
  • – Grated contemporary ginger 4 tbsp.
  • – Dried thyme 2 tbsp.
  • – Floor chili 1 tsp.
  • – Lemon zest 1 unit.
  • – Tremendous salt 1 tbsp.
  • – Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
  • – Water 200 cc (half a glass roughly).
  • Candy and bitter cucumbers:
  • – White vinegar 2 cups.
  • – Water 1 cup.
  • – Sugar 1/2 cup.
  • – Cucumbers.
  • – Sandwich bread.
  • – Lettuce.
  • – Mayonnaise.
  • – Queso muzzarella.
  • – Salt and pepper.

SUPER CRISPY AND SUPER TASTY FRIED CHICKEN with a marinade of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and ginger that you’ll love and scrumptious candy and bitter cucumbers !!

PROCEDURE:
1. Lower the breast.
2. In a bowl, put all of the marinade elements and blend them.
