Oil, 1 and ½ liter
Salt and pepper
Preparation
– Wash and dry the hen.
– Lower into items, separating the leg from the thigh and slicing every breast in two.
– Warmth the oil very nicely in a deep container.
– Add the hen items little by little.
– Fry over excessive warmth and in deep oil.
– Take away and dry with kitchen paper.
– Season the fried hen with salt and pepper and serve.
