FRENCH MERINGUE WITH SAMBAYON ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • Merengue frances:
  • – Whites 150 g.
  • – Sugar 300 g.
  • Armed:
  • – Strawberries.
  • – Vinegar.
  • – Mascabo sugar 2 tbsp.
  • – Sambayon ice cream.

FRENCH MERINGUE with strawberries and sambayon ice cream to make a scrumptious dessert!

PROCEDURE:

For the French meringue:
1. Beat the egg whites till foamy. Add the sugar within the type of a raindrop whereas persevering with to beat till stiff and stiff peaks type.
2. Place the meringue in a piping bag with a quantity 9 plain peak.
3. Assemble strolling sticks.
4. Bake within the oven at 110ºC for 60 minutes.

For meeting:
1. Reduce the strawberries and sauté with the vinegar and sugar.
2. Take out the ice cream for a couple of minutes and place in a bowl and beat.
3. Add the meringue sticks and serve with the strawberries.
