INGREDIENTS

  • Flour:
  • – 200 g chickpea flour.
  • – 600 g of water.
  • – Sal.
  • – Pepper.
  • – Oil.
  • – Parsley and thyme.
  • Lactonese:
  • – Leche.
  • – She.
  • – Sunflower oil.
  • – Chives.
  • – Diced tomato.
  • – Parsley and thyme.

Simple, nutritious and scrumptious fried faina a traditional that’s even higher selfmade

PROCEDURE:
1. Warmth a mildew with oil within the oven.
2. The combination is made.
3. Pour the combination into the recent mildew and let it prepare dinner for roughly 35 minutes. (till golden brown).
4. As soon as we’ve made the faina, let it cool (ideally a couple of hours) and minimize it into strips.
5. These strips are fried in loads of oil and allowed to empty on absorbent paper.
6. Then we embellish it with a lactose of garlic, chives and diced tomato.
