FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Milk cream 200 cc.
  • – Semi-sweet chocolate 250 g.
  • – Eggs 3 items.
  • – Sugar 125 g.
  • – Milk 125 cc.
  • – Lemon 1 unit.
  • – Bitter cacao 50 g.
  • – Whites 5 pcs.
  • – Salt 1 pinch.

  • – Whipped cream to serve or American cream ice cream.
