- Water 1.5 lt
- Chickpea flour 500g
- Ham and chopped cheese CN
- 1 giant uncooked chopped onion
- Greens
- 1Morro
- 1 onion
- 2 zucchini
- 1 Fennel
Flour:
1-Combine half the water with half the chickpea flour and add ham and chopped cheese. To the opposite half, 1 uncooked chopped onion.
2-Warmth the roasting pan with oil, as soon as sizzling, throw away the preparation. Cooked till crispy on the surface and tender on the within.
3- The greens are sautéed in oil.
