FLAN CARAMEL

INGREDIENTS

  • – Entire milk 2 L.
  • – Sugar 200 g.
  • – Egg 20 models.
  • – Dulce de leche 600 g.
  • – Vanilla essence 1 tbsp.
  • Caramel:
  • – Sugar 200 g.
  • Further:
  • – Crema chantillyn.
  • – Caramel sauce.

PROCEDURE:

1. For the dry caramel, soften the sugar little by little in a scorching pan, stirring with a picket spoon little by couple of minutes including the remainder of the sugar.
2. Caramelize a mildew with a central tube and put aside.
3. For the combination, beat the dulce de leche with the milk, essence, sugar and eggs.
4. To assemble, pressure the combination over the caramel.
5. To prepare dinner, cowl with aluminum foil and place in a low oven in a bain-marie for two and a half hours.
