INGREDIENTS
- – 10 eggs (or 7 eggs and three yolks).
- – Sugar 150 to 200 g.
- – Vanilla essence.
- – Milk 1 L.

PROCEDURE:
1. Make a dry caramel (with out mixing). Stir solely within the locations the place it begins to soften.
