Flambéed apples

Components:

– 4 or 5 massive granny smith (inexperienced) apples.

– Butter, two tablespoons.

– Sugar, 3/4 cup.

– Whiskey, cognac or different liquor, half a glass.

– Floor cinnamon, two or three sticks.

– Floor cinnamon, two teaspoons.

– American or vanilla cream ice cream, 1/2 kg, or whipped cream, two cups. .

Preparation:

– Peel the apples and minimize into eighths.

– In a big frying pan, soften the butter over low warmth and add the sugar. Depart till it turns a comfortable golden coloration.

– Add the apples and enhance the warmth. Prepare dinner, stirring sometimes, till golden brown. Watch out to not overdo it as it will collapse.

– With excessive warmth, pour the whiskey or cognac and flambé, lighting it with a skewer stick or lengthy match.

– Serve heat with American cream or vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put one stick per plate. Ice cream may be changed with whipped cream.
