INGREDIENTS
- FISH FORMS:
- – 1 kg of hake
- – 3 chopped onions
- -Zest of 1 lemon
- – Arduous grated cheese
- – 1 bunch of chard leaves reduce into chiffonade
- – 1 grated carrot

- – Potatoes in French fry sticks however baked.
- CHEESE STICKS:
- – Tybo cheese reduce into 4cm x 3cm thick sticks.
- – Flour
- – Egg
- – Bread crumbs
- – Salt and pepper
- Salsa:
- – Diced tomato
- – Chopped onion
- – Ketchup
- – Floor chili
- – Peppers
- – Sal
- – Sugar a pinch
- – Basil
Cheese sticks and fish shapes, splendid for the little ones’ meals, with enjoyable shapes and scrumptious flavors. I adopted the procedures beneath, very simple to arrange!
FISH FORMS:
1. Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan till caramelized.
2. Reduce the hake into cubes.
3. Combine all this with the onion, zest, grated cheese and the reduce chard leaves and the grated carrot.
4. Put this combination on a plate and freeze it properly stretched (neat), reduce into small shapes and cross via flour, egg and a mix of polenta, panko and just a little exhausting grated cheese.
CHEESE STICKS:
1. Reduce the cheese, cross it via flour, egg, breadcrumbs and once more via egg and breadcrumbs.
2. Fry in loads of oil.
