INGREDIENTS
- Fish roll:
- – Fish fillet 500 g.
- – Carrot 3 items.
- – Parsley leaves c/n.
- – Nutmeg.
- – Chopped garlic.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – White wine.
- Salsa:
- – Milk cream 300 cc.
- – Coriander leaves.
- – Salt and pepper.
- Mashed carrots:
- – Carrot 4 items.
- – Ginger 3 wheels.
- – Garlic 1 clove.
- – Manteca c/n.
- – Salt and pepper.
Incorporate fish into your menu with this roll to make at house accompanied by a cream and cilantro sauce and an excellent scrumptious carrot puree
PROCEDURE:
1. For the fish, lower the carrots into skinny sticks
2. To assemble, season the fillets with salt and pepper, unfold with slightly garlic and nutmeg and place the carrot and parsley leaves and roll up.
3. Place in a roasting pan with slightly white wine and prepare dinner for about 20 minutes.
4. For the sauce, course of the coriander leaves and warmth with the cream, season with salt and pepper.
5. For the puree, boil the carrots with just a bit water and add ginger and garlic. Cook dinner till the carrot is cooked.
