FISH PATE

INGREDIENTS

  • • 500g of smoked river fish
  • • 1 lemon
  • • A pinch of superb salt
  • • A pinch of pepper
  • • 2 cloves of garlic
  • • 1 bell pepper
  • • 1 little little bit of parsley
  • • A tablespoon of flour 0000
  • • Island sage leaves
  • • White wine

Peel the garlic and chop the bell pepper and parsley.

Place the fish in a blender.

With lemon, then add the greens.

Mix every thing a couple of minutes later and add a little bit flour if obligatory and a splash of white wine as nicely.

Place in a bowl and serve with grilled tortilla and bread.
