INGREDIENTS

- • 1 lemon
- • A pinch of superb salt
- • A pinch of pepper
- • 2 cloves of garlic
- • 1 bell pepper
- • 1 little little bit of parsley
- • A tablespoon of flour 0000
- • Island sage leaves
- • White wine
Peel the garlic and chop the bell pepper and parsley.
Place the fish in a blender.
With lemon, then add the greens.
Mix every thing a couple of minutes later and add a little bit flour if obligatory and a splash of white wine as nicely.
Place in a bowl and serve with grilled tortilla and bread.
