INGREDIENTS

- – Canned tomato.
- – Quartered mushrooms.
Small package deal of fish, with filo dough, tomato, basil and garlic, accompanied by a scrumptious tomato and mushroom sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. Reduce the filet into squares.
2. In a pot, put the crushed tomato, basil leaves, a clove of grated garlic, salt and pepper, cook dinner till it thickens.
3. Make clear the butter.
4. On the squares of filo dough, paint them with clarified butter, put a little bit cushion of tomato sauce on the fish and shut by becoming a member of the ends on the high, tying them with a leek thread.
