FISH MEATBALLS WITH MASH

INGREDIENTS

  • – Fish 500 g from cooking-recipeslacocinadeanamellino
  • – Onion 2 items.
  • – Garlic 1 unit.
  • – Leek 1 unit.
  • – Carrot ½ unit.
  • Salsa filet:
  • – Crushed tomato.
  • – Chopped garlic.
  • – Basil.
  • – Chopped onion.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • For the puree:
  • – Potatoes 6 items.
  • – Butter.
  • – Leche.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Nutmeg.
  • Further:
  • – Good quantity of chopped parsley.
  • – Herbs.

In the present day’s menu is resolved with these fish meatballs with puree and fillet sauce to include fish into your meals

PROCEDURE:

1. Sauté onion lower very small with garlic till caramelized
