FISH CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • – Fish in cubes.
  • – Carrot in wheels.
  • – Onion in julienne.
  • – Julienne bell pepper.
  • – Sunflower oil.
  • – Chopped garlic.
  • – Ginger.
  • – Curry.
  • – Coconut milk infusion:

    milk 250 cc + 40 g of grated coconut.

  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Cilantro.
  • – White rice to accompany.

We remedy the menu for you with this scrumptious fish curry with greens with coconut milk infusion

PROCEDURE:
1. Cook dinner the fish with oil, garlic, curry and ginger. Cook dinner slowly.
2. Then add the greens.
3. Take away and brown the fish.
4. Add the greens once more and end with the coconut milk.
5. Serve with white rice and cilantro.
