FISH CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • Mashed potatoes:
  • – Potatoes 6 items.
  • – Butter 100 g.
  • – Milk 100 cc.
  • – Garlic 4 cloves.
  • – Parsley 2 tbsp.
  • – Eggs 3 items.
  • – Hake fillet 1 kg.
  • – Onions 2 items.
  • – Bell pepper 1 unit.
  • – Crushed tomato 1 cup.
  • – White wine ½ cup.
  • – Salt, pepper and paprika.

PROCEDURE:

1. Make a mash with the potatoes .

2. Warmth the milk, butter and entire chopped garlic cloves in a pot.
