INGREDIENTS
- Stuffed:
- – Butter 50 g.
- – Flour 50 g.
- – Milk 1/2 L.
- – Onion in julienne 2 models women.
- – Contemporary fish (hake) 700 g.
- – Shrimps 250 g.
- – Spinach 2 massive handfuls.
- – Thyme 1 twig.
- – Salt, white pepper, nutmeg and coriander.

- – Small potatoes 1 kg.

- – Salt and pepper.
FISH CAKE a spectacular recipe to include fish into our meals!
PROCEDURE:
1. Peel and minimize the Spanish sort potatoes and fry, the thought is that they don’t take coloration and are barely cooked.
2. For the filling: cook dinner the onion with the thyme in butter till it turns a light-weight coloration, add the flour, combine and add the milk to kind a bechamel sauce.
