FILET WITH MEDITERRANEAN SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • – 2 blackberry fillets.
  • – 1 zucchini reduce into cubes.
  • – 1 eggplant reduce into cubes.
  • – 1/2 cup of inexperienced tomatoes.
  • – 10 inexperienced olive oils with out seeds
  • – 10 pitted black olives.
  • – 1 tbsp of capers.
  • – 1 tbsp minced garlic.
  • – Basil leaves.
  • – 1 cup tomato sauce
  • – 1 cup of broth.

Seasonal fish with Mediterranean sauce

PROCEDURE:

1. Season the fish items with salt and pepper and rub with olive oil. Cook dinner in a Teflon pan.
2. Alternatively, sauté the zucchini, eggplant and cherry, till they brown barely.
3. Add the tomato sauce, the reduce olives and capers and garlic, cook dinner for a couple of minutes, in the event you want liquid add broth, little or no.
4. Sauce over the fish and high with basil leaves and line with olive oil.
