INGREDIENTS
- – 2 blackberry fillets.
- – 1 zucchini reduce into cubes.
- – 1 eggplant reduce into cubes.

- – 1 cup tomato sauce
- – 1 cup of broth.
Seasonal fish with Mediterranean sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. Season the fish items with salt and pepper and rub with olive oil. Cook dinner in a Teflon pan.
2. Alternatively, sauté the zucchini, eggplant and cherry, till they brown barely.
3. Add the tomato sauce, the reduce olives and capers and garlic, cook dinner for a couple of minutes, in the event you want liquid add broth, little or no.
4. Sauce over the fish and high with basil leaves and line with olive oil.
