INGREDIENTS

  • – Meals 1 kg.
  • – Sal 30 g.
  • – Sugar 60 g.
  • – Yeast 10 g.
  • – Water 550 cc approx.
  • Filling:
  • – Fats 200 g.
  • – Margarine 200 g.
  • – Flour 100 g.

Traditional FAT CROSSMOONS that we love, and much more so if they’re selfmade! I adopted the complete recipe beneath.

PROCEDURE:

1. First, make the dough with all of the components and let it relaxation on an oiled counter.
