ESPINACA FRITTATA

INGREDIENTS

  • – Spinach 1 bundle.
  • – 1 Purple onion in julienne.
  • – Ricotta 100 g.
  • – 4 eggs.
  • – Chopped garlic.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Nutmeg.
  • – Alioli.

FRITTATA is a specialty of Italian delicacies much like the Spanish omelet.

PROCEDURE:

1. Warmth a frying pan and sauté the julienned onion, add the spinach leaves and chopped garlic.
2. Take away from warmth, let cool, season and add eggs.
3. Alternatively, warmth a frying pan within the oven, as soon as sizzling, pour the combination into it and prepare dinner till cooked within the oven.
