INGREDIENTS
- – Spinach 1 bundle.
- – 1 Purple onion in julienne.
- – Ricotta 100 g.
- – 4 eggs.
- – Chopped garlic.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Nutmeg.
- – Alioli.
FRITTATA is a specialty of Italian delicacies much like the Spanish omelet.
PROCEDURE:
1. Warmth a frying pan and sauté the julienned onion, add the spinach leaves and chopped garlic.
