EMPTY TO THE SHEET TO THE FIORENTINA

INGREDIENTS

  • Florentine sauce:
  • – 2 bundles of washed spinach.
  • – 1 clove minced garlic

  • – 500 cc of milk.

  • – Pepper.
  • – Nutmeg.
  • – 50 g of grated fontina cheese.
  • Further:
  • – Fried wedge potatoes

For the sauce:
