EMPTY FILLED WITH PUMPKIN GRATEN

INGREDIENTS

  • – Empty 1 integer.
  • – Mozzarella 200 grams so it holds as much as cooking.
  • – Mardelplata cheese 200 gr grated.
  • – Inexperienced 6 models.
  • – Garlic 3 cloves.
  • – Smoked bacon 200 g.
  • – Dried tomatoes 300 g.
  • – Chimichurri C/N.
  • – Basil 1 bunch.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • Garnish – Pumpkin Gratin:
  • – Roasted pumpkin 1 unit.
  • – Thyme.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Eggs 3 models.
  • – Grated mozzarella cheese.

Put together this scrumptious vacuum crammed with bacon, chopped greens, dried tomatoes and cheeses. Brushed with herb oil, and accompanied by a spectacular pumpkin gratin.

PROCEDURE:

1. Make a vacuum pocket, season with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, combine the bacon in small cubes, then the chopped greens, the dried tomatoes in strips and eventually the cheeses, shut with toothpicks.
3. Brush the meat with just a little herb oil and place within the oven to prepare dinner for 40 minutes or so or till cooked.
4. For the pumpkin gratin, roast a pumpkin and puree it. Season and add the eggs.
5. Place on an oiled plate with the cheeses you want essentially the most.
6. Place in a medium oven till golden brown and cooked.
