EGGPLANT TART

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • – Self-raising flour 2 cups.
  • – Milk 1 cup.
  • – Salt 1 tsp.
  • – Spinach 1 handful.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Eggplant 4 items.
  • – Boiled carrot 5 items.
  • – Ricotta 300 g.
  • – Grated cheese 150 g.
  • – Eggs 2 items.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Nutmeg.

PROCEDURE:
