INGREDIENTS
- – 2 eggplants lower lengthwise into ½ cm slices.

- – Pan grated or c/n panko.
- – Cherries (sauteed with a little bit garlic + vinegar discount + salt + pepper).
- – Basil.
- Mashed potatoes:
- – 500 kg of potatoes.
- – 50 g of butter.
- – 100 cc of milk.
- – Salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE:
1. Lower the eggplants into slices and marinate them with vinegar, floor chili, oregano and garlic for a couple of hours.
2. Make the combination of chickpea flour with water, season with a little bit oregano, floor chili, and salt and pepper. It must be medium thick and go the eggplant slices after which in breadcrumbs or panko, put them on an oiled plate.

1. Peel the candy potatoes, lower them into even cubes and prepare dinner in a pot with water till the candy potato is tender and able to puree.
