DULCE DE MAMON FROLA PASTA

INGREDIENTS

  • For the mass:
  • – 280 g of flour.
  • – 90 g of corn starch.
  • – 150 g of sugar.
  • – 125 g of butter.
  • – 2 eggs.
  • – Vanilla extract.
  • – 5 tbsp of milk.
  • Stuffed:
  • – 400 g of mamon puree.
  • – Chopped nuts.
  • Crema:
  • – 150 g of cream cheese.
  • – Juice of ½ lemon and zest of 1 lemon.

PROCEDURE:

1. We make a crown with the flour and cornstarch. Then within the middle we add sugar, eggs, extract and chilly butter.

2. We combine nicely (with out kneading) till homogenized and reserve it within the fridge for about half-hour.

3. After time, we take the dough out of the fridge and stretch it with our fingers or with a stick.

4. We place it in a pie plate, and add the pie filling.

5. Lastly, we make the normal strips and brush with somewhat egg.

6. Prepare dinner in an oven at 170 levels, for about 35-40 minutes till golden brown.

7. For the cream: combine all of the components and reserve within the fridge. As soon as the pasta frola is served, we serve it with a quenelle of cream. Take pleasure in it! .
