INGREDIENTS
- For a 22 to 24 cm mould.
- Time:
- – Harina leudante 150 g.
- – Butter 100 g.
- – Egg 1 unit.
- – 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
- Stuffed:
- – Dulce de leche pastry chef 600 g.
- – Cognac 1 tbsp.
- Toilet:
- – Chocolate topping 150 g.
- – Butter 100 g.
Tremendous simple DULCE DE LECHE AND COGNAC CAKE with chocolate coating to be happier!
PROCEDURE:
1. Make a sandblasting with the butter and flour.
2. Add the egg and make a dough.
3. Line a mould with the dough.
4. Prick the bottom with a fork and refrigerate.
