DULCE DE LECHE AND CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • Base:
  • – Processed cookies 300 g.
  • – Melted butter 150 g.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Dulce de leche pastry chef 500 g.
  • – Whiskey 1/2 cup.
  • Roof:
  • – Chopped chocolate 250 g.
  • – Crema 250 cc.

DULCE DE LECHE AND CHOCOLATE CAKE, tremendous straightforward to make! Full of dulce de leche and whiskey, cookie base and butter, cream and chocolate to be happier!

PROCEDURE:

1. For the bottom: Course of the cookies, add the butter and bake within the oven at 160 levels for about 10/12 min.
2. For the filling: Combine the 2 preparations and pour over the already cooked and chilly base.
3. For the protection: Warmth the cream and pour over the chocolate. Let it cool and pour over the dulce de leche. Refrigerate for about two hours.
