INGREDIENTS
- Dry pasta with sauce and cabbage:
- – Cabbages 250 g.
- – Chopped onion 1 unit.
- – Quick dry pasta (elbows) ½ package deal.
- – Pumpkin cubes 250 g.
- – Chopped garlic.
- – Canned plum tomato 4 models.
- – Grated cheese.
- Gratin cabbage:
- – Brussels sprouts 500 g.
- – Chopped garlic to style.
- – Milk cream 300 g.
- – Egg 1 unit.
- – Inexperienced onion 2 models.
- – Grated cheese 100 g.
- – Mozzarella 100 g.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Pancetta 150 g.
Two recipes in a single, the protagonist of those dishes is Brussels sprouts, to be made with dry pasta and sauce, or scrumptious gratins. I adopted the steps beneath
PROCEDURE:
Dry pasta with sauce and cabbage:
1. Cook dinner the pasta in boiling water.
2. Sauté the chopped onion with a little bit oil and add the halved Brussels sprouts, the chopped garlic, plus the pumpkin cubes, sauté till golden.
3. Add the damaged tomatoes by hand and season with salt and pepper.
4. Sauté the pasta with the sauce and end with the grated cheese
Gratin cabbage:
1. Minimize the bacon into lardons and brown, add the garlic and the halved cabbage.
2. Combine the egg with the cream, season with salt and pepper, add the greens and cheeses.
3. Combine with the cabbage and bacon, place in a casserole or baking dish and cook dinner au gratin.
