INGREDIENTS
- – Milk 250 cc.
- – Yeast 20 g.
- – Eggs 2 models.
- – Sugar 80 g.
- – 80 cc oil.
- – Vanilla essence 1 cdita.
- – Orange zest of 1 unit.
- – Lemon zest of 1 unit.
- -Anis 1 cda.
- – Flour 600 g.
- – Porridge starch 70 g.
- – Oil for frying.
- – Sugar to sprinkle.
- – Cinnamon powder (elective).
Take pleasure in a scrumptious ciambelle , a spectacular Italian cake with orange and lemon zest, with out butter!!
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat the milk along with the anise to infuse, add the recent yeast and let it activate for 10 minutes.
2. In a big bowl, combine the eggs with the sugar. Add the sunflower oil and slightly vanilla essence, orange zest and lemon zest. Add the milk with the yeast and blend.
3. Alternatively, sift the flour and starch.
4. As soon as this new combination is obtained, add the liquids little or no by little to the bowl till a dough is obtained. Knead till easy. Retailer the dough coated with plastic wrap and let it relaxation for an hour and a half.
5. After that point, stretch the dough roughly half a centimeter. and minimize with a ten or 8 cm cutter after which with a smaller one within the heart, thus forming the thread.
6. Place on a floured plate with out overlaying it (as a result of the dough will rise once more) for 1 hour, making it double in dimension.
7. Lastly, fry in reasonable oil, first on one facet till golden brown after which flip. Once they come out we place them on absorbent paper.
8. Sprinkle sugar.
