- – Sugar 300 g.
- Flan:
- – Milk 1 L.
- – Eggs 14 models.
- – Sugar 400 g.
- – Vanilla essence.
- Additional:
- – Crema.
- – Caramel sauce.
HOMEMADE FLAN WITH DOÑA PETRONA’S RECIPE, one of many richest classics of all!
PROCEDURE:
1. Make a caramel within the flan mould.
2. Break the eggs right into a bowl and blend evenly.
3. Add the sugar and proceed mixing continually.
4. Additionally add the milk little by little.
5. Put within the mould.
6. Prepare dinner for 40 minutes in a bain-marie.
7. Let cool to room temperature.
8. Unmold and serve with dulce de leche and/or cream.
