Disc rooster with rice pilaf

INGREDIENTS

  • Rice pilaf:
  • – Rice 300 g.
  • – Brunoise onion 2 models.
  • – Garlic 2 cloves.
  • – Olive oil c/n.
  • – Manteca c/n.
  • – Rooster broth 1 L.
  • – Salt and pepper c/n.
  • – Thyme and bay leaf.

Process:
