- ● Rooster broth 250 cc
PROVENCAL-STYLE DISC CHICKEN:
Process:
1. Minimize the rooster and brown it on each side on the disc with somewhat olive.
2. Salt and add the chopped garlic and parsley. Combine and deglaze with white wine.
3. When the alcohol evaporates, season and add the lemon juice and broth. Let the rooster prepare dinner and cut back the liquid somewhat.
4. To accompany make some fried Spanish potatoes.
