DESSERT WITH SEASONAL FRUITS TO THE CHAPA with sambayon and crunchy peanuts , a easy and fast dessert to benefit from the freshness of this recipe!
PROCEDURE:
1. Lower the peaches and plums in half, pit them and grill them with butter, coconut oil or no matter you need, and go away them till they grill a bit.
2. Make a dry caramel, put it in a pan with a bit sugar, when it begins to crystallize, combine on a regular basis and add sugar.
3. For the sambayon, add the yolks, the tablespoons of sugar and the marzala. Beat in a bain-marie.
4. Add the peanuts to the new caramel. Combine and put instantly on a plate to chill. Break with a rolling pin.
5. Serve all the pieces collectively, and eat! .
