INGREDIENTS
- Brownie:
- – Butter 200 g.
- – Semi-bitter chocolate 300 g.
- – Egg 6.
- – Sugar 340 g.
- – Flour 0000 170 g.
- – Bitter cacao 30 g.
- – Sal 10 g.
- – Walnuts 150 g.
- Crimson fruit sauce:
- – Crimson fruits 300 g.
- – Sugar 150 g.
- – Honey 1 tbsp.
- Armed:
- – Coconut and dulce de leche ice cream.
- – Berries.
- – Caramel sauce.

PROCEDURE:
1. Soften the butter with the chocolate in a bain-marie.
2. Individually, beat the eggs with the sugar till foamy (not reaching the purpose). Add the melted butter with the chocolate and combine with enveloping actions.
3. Combine the beforehand combined and sifted dry substances. Do it 3 times with enveloping actions, additionally incorporating the chopped walnuts.
4. Switch the combination to a greased and floured plate (30 cm by 20 cm) (with somewhat cocoa).
5. Bake within the preheated oven at 180ºC for fifteen minutes.
6. Let cool and reduce.
7. For the sauce, place the crimson fruits in a saucepan, together with the sugar and honey.
8. Cook dinner over medium warmth for quarter-hour or till a barely dense consistency is obtained. Let cool and reserve.
9. To assemble, reduce the brownie into small squares and assemble the cup with somewhat ice cream and crimson fruit sauce.
