DAMASCUS TART

INGREDIENTS

  • – Flour 00 (of 0000) 360 g.
  • – Butter 200 g.
  • – Sugar 200 g.
  • – Salt 1 pinch.
  • – Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp (or 1 tbsp vanilla essence).
  • – Yolks 4 models.
  • – Lemon zest.
  • – Apricot jam (or no matter you like) 350 g.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Cream butter with sugar, zest, vanilla sugar/vanilla.
