INGREDIENTS

- – Butter 200 g.
- – Sugar 200 g.
- – Salt 1 pinch.
- – Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp (or 1 tbsp vanilla essence).

- – Lemon zest.

PROCEDURE:
- Cream butter with sugar, zest, vanilla sugar/vanilla.
