- – Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
- – Butter 1 loaf
- – Grated cheese 50 g
- – Lemon zest 1 unit

- For the potatoes:
- – Potato 2 models
- – Provoleta 2 models
- – Parsley 1 handful
- – Smoked bacon 100 g
Crispy entrees with grilled stuffed potatoes, a menu that won’t fail.
PROCEDURE:
1. For the butter, in a bowl combine the butter with the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, lemon zest, chopped thyme and salt. Wrap in movie like sweet and freeze.
2. For the entrails, clear them and marinate with the olive combination, grated garlic and chopped thyme.
3. Season with salt and pepper and grill on one facet for a few minutes. Flip over, place a slice of butter and end cooking.
