CRISPY ALMOND MERINGUE WITH ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • – Sugar 200 g.
  • – Egg whites 100 g.
  • – Almond essence 3 tbsp.
  • – Filleted or chopped Almendras 150 g/n.
  • Additional:
  • – Frozen.
  • – Strawberries and blueberries.

PROCEDURE:
