Creole salad

The Creole salad is simple and engaging, it’s typically eaten with roasted meats or stew.

Elements

Crimson bell pepper, 1/2
Inexperienced bell pepper, 1/2
Onion, 1
Tomatoes, 2
Oil, ideally olive 3 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon

Preparation

– Wash and dry the greens
