  • – Flour 0000 500 g.
  • – Yeast 15 g.
  • – Water 125 cc.
  • – Sal 12 g.
  • – Sugar 10 g.
  • – Malta 1 cda.
  • – Fats 50 gr first bovine juice.
  • Filling:
  • – Margarine 125 g.
