Creamed spinach

Spinach, 2 bundles
Milk cream, 250 g
Parmesan cheese, 50 g
Salt and pepper to style

Preparation

– Wash the spinach, steam it for five minutes, take away it from cooking and chop it.
– Grate the cheese.
– Combine the spinach with the cream, season with salt and pepper.
– Place the spinach and cream combination in a bowl.
– Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
– Place in a average oven till melted.
