INGREDIENTS
- – Flour 200 g.
- – Corn starch 300 g.
- – Baking soda 1/2 cditas.
- – Baking powder 2 tsp.
- – Butter 200 g.
- – Sugar 150 g.
- – Yolks 3 models.
- – Cognac 2 cdas.
- – Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
- – Lemon zest.
- To fill out:
- – Dulce de leche confectioner.
- – Grated coconut to embellish.

PROCEDURE:
1. Beat the butter with the sugar till creamy. Add the yolks one after the other. Add the cognac, zest and essence. Beat nicely.
