- Roasted eggplants:

- Salsa:
- – Yogurt 1 pot.
- – Chopped mint 1 tbsp.
- – Cilantro 1 cda.
- – Lemon juice and zest.

PROCEDURE:
1. For the lamb, minimize the meat into cubes and marinate.
2. Assemble the skewers.
