INGREDIENTS
- – Flour 280 g.
- – Salt 1 pinch.
- – Sodium bicarbonate ½ cup.
- – Butter 225 g.
- – Brown sugar 50 g.
- – Frequent sugar 300 g.
- – Egg 1 unit.
- – Water 2 tbsp.
- – Chips de chocolate 150 g.
- Armed:
- – Ice cream c/n.
- – Chocolate bathtub.
COOKIES WITH ICE CREAM
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
2. Combine flour + salt + baking soda in a bowl. Reserve.
3. Beat the butter till creamy and add the sugars and proceed beating for 3 extra minutes.
4. Add the egg + water + vanilla essence, lastly add the chocolate chips.
5. Type 70 g arpxo balls and place them on the plate effectively spaced aside, bake for 13 minutes.
6. Hit the plate as quickly as they arrive out of the oven to type the crackle.
7. To assemble, place a scoop of ice cream on the cookies and coat with chocolate.
