COOKED KEPPE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Chopped beef 300 g.
  • – Bulgur wheat 500 g.
  • – Coarsely chopped mint.
  • – 1 coarsely chopped onion.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • Sausage:
  • – Pure yogurt.
  • – Lemon juice.
  • – Sal.
  • Garrison:
  • – 1 cabutia in crescents (with peel and seeds).
  • – Salt and turmeric.
  • Garnish 2:
  • – Chauchas lower on the bias very skinny 200 g.
  • – Stay lemon wedges.
  • – Salt and pepper.

COOKED KEPPE, probably the most typical and well-known recipes in Arabic meals. With carré and bulgur wheat, accompanied by baked cabutia with salt and turmeric.

PROCEDURE:

1. Hydrate the wheat in heat water for a couple of minutes, drain and blend the onion, mint, salt and pepper with the minced pork. Knead and make medium oval balls.
2. Cook dinner in a medium oven with a bit of oil till they’re cooked.
3. For the sauce: Combine every little thing in a bowl and put aside.
4. For the garnish: Combine the cabutia croissants with oil, salt and turmeric in a bowl, place within the oven to prepare dinner.
